- Where is my order?
When you place your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a link for you to track the delivery status.
You can also track the shipment from your account or by entering your purchase email and order number on the tracking page.
- My order appears to have been delivered but I have not received it
You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the "Track Your Order" button in the shipping confirmation email or the link in the delivery confirmation email.
You will be redirected to the courier's tracking page related to the delivery of your order.
- I have only received part of my order, how come?
Our products are allocated to different warehouses. In case your order contains items available in different warehouses, separate shipments are made. Please check your e-mail box: tracking information will be sent to you with a second e-mail confirming shipment.
Type your email and we will notify you as soon as the stock is back available within the next six months
