How to report a defected item
If you have received a damaged or defective item as a result of a purchase on the Online Boutique, we invite you to request the return or exchange of the item within 20 days from the date of your order delivery.
The procedure is simple and free and can be started by entering the Request a Return or an Exchange section: to allow us to offer you assistance as quickly as possible, do not forget to select "The item is damaged / defective" as the reason for return.
You will be emailed the prepaid label to apply on the box when returning the defective item: the return will be verified at our warehouse and then you will receive a refund (if you asked for a return) or the exchange item (if you asked for an exchange).
Should the defect occur a few days after using the item, even over 20 days after delivery, you can benefit from warranty assistance by contacting our Customer Service.
