- How can I shop online?
Shopping on hogan.com is extremely convenient: once you have chosen a product, simply add it to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.
You will be asked to enter an email address that will be used only to send you communications related to your order.
Should you already have an account, you will be allowed to enter your password later for faster checkout as a registered user, or you may continue as a guest.
Similarly, if you do not have an account, you can decide to create one at the moment and save your data or to do it later.
The checkout consists of 3 easy steps:
- Entering your email address
- Delivery information: address and delivery method
- Payment information: billing address, payment method
You will receive all information about your order via email, from receipt to delivery.

- Can I buy without registration?
All purchases, as well as exchanges and returns, can be made on the site without any registration requirement.
At checkout you will be asked for your email address and given the option of creating an account or continuing to purchase as a guest.
- Can I place an order by phone?

- Can I buy a product that is out of stock or not available online?If you are looking for a size that is out of stock online, you can search if it is available in any shop via the "Reserve in boutique" service and possibly make an appointment to try it on.
