We offer two different delivery options:

Verify if an article is available at any of our Boutiques around the world and find your nearest Hogan store through the "Find in Boutique" function, specified in all the product pages on the Hogan.com website.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size and/or colour, fill in the Exchange Form attached to your order confirmation e-mail and send it to us together with the exchange item using the free returns label included with every delivery.
Once the return item has been received, we'll ship the newly requested item to your chosen delivery address.
We'll send you an e-mail to notify you when your new item has been shipped.
If you wish to return a purchased item, fill in the Returns Form attached to your order confirmation e-mail and send it to us together with the return item using the free returns label included with every delivery.
Once the return item has been received and checked, we'll refund the amount paid using the same payment method used when the order was placed and notify you by e-mail.
