- What are the benefits of having an account?Creating an account will give access to a reserved area that contains the purchase history and data that the customer decides to save, such as multiple delivery addresses, payment methods, newsletter preferences, favourite products, etc.
The account, therefore, helps customers to shop faster, track a purchase quickly and easily, stay up-to-date on the latest news and have access to exclusive initiatives and privileges.
- How can I register?Registration is extremely simple: just fill in your email and you will be asked to enter your first and last name and create a password.
When registering, you will be able to decide whether to subscribe to the newsletter to keep up-to-date with news and whether to accept profiling activities that will provide you with a personalised browsing experience.
- How can I edit or delete my account?To edit the data in an account, simply log in and go to the section corresponding to the data you want to modify (address, password, marketing and profiling preferences). Please be aware that the email address cannot be changed.
If you wish to delete your account instead, please contact our Customer Service.
- How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?If you no longer wish to receive our emails, you can log into your account and opt-out of marketing activities, or you can click on the link "If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from Hogan click here" at the bottom of all emails.
- How can I change my password?To change your password, you need to log into your account and go to the 'Change Password' section.
If you have forgotten it, you can click on the 'Forgot your password' link on the log-in page, enter your email and follow the instructions you will be emailed to create a new one.
