Shipping and delivery
- What are the shipping times and costs?Shipping times and costs depend on the shipping method chosen and do not include the time taken to prepare the order. At checkout you can choose between:
- Standard delivery, within 3-5 working days: free of charge
- Express delivery, within 1-3 working days: £ 16.00
Please note: for shipments to Southern Italy and islands, delivery may take one extra working day.
These delivery times do not apply for custom-made products, which take 4-8 weeks.
- How can I track the shipment?When you place your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a link for you to track the delivery status.
- Can I change my address after order confirmation?
It is only possible to edit the delivery address of an order if it has not already been transmitted to our warehouse. By contacting Customer Service you will also be able to change the address after the first delivery attempt.
Please note that according to the terms and conditions of sale it is not possible to have your order delivered to a poste restante.
- What must be shown to pick up the order at the boutique?Boutique pick-up is one of the services offered by hogan.com and is free of charge. To collect your order in shop, simply select the "Collection in boutique" option at checkout and choose your selected boutique from the list.
- Can I have an order sent to the boutique?
In order to collect your order once it has been delivered to the shop, you need to show our sales assistants the invoice, sent as an attachment to the shipping confirmation email, and an identity document.
If you wish to delegate the collection to a person you trust, you will also need to complete the proxy document attached to the email confirming receipt of the order.
- What happens if the courier does not find me at home?
In accordance with UPS procedures, if you are absent on the first delivery attempt, two further attempts will be made on the following working days. If the last attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the sender.
If there is a UPS Access Point within 5km of the delivery address, if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be delivered to the UPS Access Point. The package will remain in storage for a maximum of ten days pending collection. At the end of the storage period, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
- My order is returning to the sender: what can I do?
If you wish to receive your order again, please contact Customer Service.
By reconfirming the delivery details, we will re-arrange a new delivery as soon as the package has been returned to the warehouse.
