- HOW CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?
You can buy a Gift Card both online and in our participating boutiques. At the time of purchase you can choose the amount of the Gift Card up to a maximum of €5000. Find out the list of authorized shops below:

Online Shop: All European countries to which shipping is planned.
- HOW WILL THE GIFT CARD BE DELIVERED TO ME?You will receive the Gift Card at the email address you provide during the purchase. Enter the email address of the person receiving the gift and choose whether to send your gift immediately or schedule a date and time of your choice. During checkout, confirm your email address in order to receive the confirmation of your order.
- HOW CAN I USE THE GIFT CARD?The Gift Card is valid for 5 years. You can use it in our official online boutique and in participating physical boutiques. You will not be able to use it in outlets, DEVs, non-participating boutiques or any other online or physical retailer. You can use the Gift Card in a single payment, integrate the amount with another payment method or choose to keep part of its value for your next purchase. You can use the remaining credit both online and in one of the authorized boutiques.
- HOW CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE OF MY GIFT CARD?Enter your Gift Card code on the balance page to check the remaining amount.
- CAN I RETURN THE GIFT CARD AND CONVERT ITS VALUE INTO MONEY?You can return the Gift Card within 15 days of purchase. You will receive a refund on the same payment method you chose when ordering.
- CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS BOUGHT WITH THE GIFT CARD?For all products purchased by Gift Card you can request a return or size exchange in accordance with our general conditions of sale.
- HOW IS AN ORDER PAID WITH A GIFT CARD AND ANY ADDITIONAL PAYMENT METHOD, REFUNDED?If you wish to return an order paid partly with a Gift Card and partly with another payment method, you will receive a combined refund: the amount paid with the Gift Card will be credited back to the same; instead you will receive the remaining amount on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
- CAN I PURCHASE BOTH A GIFT CARD AND A PRODUCT IN ONE ORDER?If you intend to purchase a Gift Card and one or more of our products you will need to place two separate orders.

Issue
1. The Hogan Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is issued by TOD’S Spa (the “Issuer”).
2. The use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, which regulates the supply and use of the Gift Card. We therefore recommend you read them carefully. The Issuer reserves the right to modify and/or amend these terms and conditions at its own discretion, at any time.
3. The Gift Card can be purchased and activated at:
a. participating monobrand boutiques (“Boutique”), owned by Tod’s UK Limited, upon payment – in cash or other payment methods accepted at the Boutique; or b. Hogan website at https://www.hogan.com (the "Website").
4. The Gift Card is available in both physical or digital version at Boutiques and the digital version from the Website.
5. Purchasers of a Gift Card from the Website have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 calendar days following purchase should you change your mind.
a. The right of cancellation is expressly excluded if the Gift Card has been partially or fully redeemed.
b. If you cancel the agreement under this section 5, the Gift Card will be deactivated, and the Issuer will reimburse you within 14 days of notification of cancellation for the Gift Card balance.
c. Requests to cancel a Gift Card within the cancellation period should follow the online return conditions.
6. This does not affect your legal rights.
7. The Issuer will cancel a Gift Card, where the original transaction for the Gift Card is charged back by the card provider, which approved the original purchase or a claim is made under section 75 of Consumer Credit Act 1974.The Gift Card
8. A maximum amount of £4,000.00 (Four Thousand Pounds) can be added to the Gift Card when purchased.
9. Once activated, no further funds can be added to the Gift Card balance.
10. After activating the Gift Card, you will receive a receipt for your purchase that indicates the amount that has been added to the Gift Card.
11. The Gift Card balance does not accrue interest.
12. The Gift Card is not a credit, debit or a cheque guarantee card.
13. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.
14. The balance will be printed on the receipt each time a purchase is made using the Gift Card.
15. The remaining balance can be verified at (i) a Boutique or; (ii) the Website at https://hogan.com/sInk/gift-card-balance/.
16. The Gift Card is a bearer credit instrument and, as such, is a cash equivalent. For this reason, the Gift Card should be kept safe as it can be used by any person in possession of it.Use
17. The Gift Card can only be redeemed against branded products from:
a. a Boutique in the United Kingdom; or
b. the Website for deliveries to the United Kingdom.
18. The Gift Card cannot be used for purchases by telephone; Boutiques outside the United Kingdom; deliveries outside the United Kingdom; or any 3rd party outlets or concession stands selling the branded products.
19. All purchases from the Website are subject to acceptance to of the terms and conditions that apply at the material time related to online purchases.
20. The Gift Card can be used in full or part payment for the branded goods, including current promotional offers, at the prevailing prices listed.
21. The Gift Card can be used for more than one purchase until the balance has been exhausted in its entirety, or as partial payment for a purchase.
22. Any time the Gift Card is used, the credit is deducted by the corresponding amount and any remaining credit is still available for future purchases. If the credit available on the Gift Card is not enough to cover the purchase price, it can be used with other accepted payment methods.
23. If the Gift Card is used as part-payment for purchases on the Website the full remaining Gift Card balance will be exhausted before the balance due from the alternate payment method is debited.
Returns and Exchanges
24. Website returns and exchanges are subject to the website terms and conditions that apply at the relevant time.
25. All returned goods will be refunded to the Gift Card. In the event of a split payment the refund will match the original transaction split.
26. If an item purchased with a Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for an alternative item at a different price, the returned item cost will be credited against the Gift Card.
27. Tod's spa does not offer cash or other method of refunds for items purchased with a Gift Card.Lost/Stolen/Damaged Cards
28. Tod’s spa accepts no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards or the improper or fraudulent use of a Gift Card. This includes digital Gift Cards purchased from the Website.
29. Tod’s spa has no obligation to verify the identity of the person using the Gift Card. Tod’s spa expressly decline any liability concerning, by way of example and not limited to, the improper use, theft or loss of the Gift Card.
30. Tod’s spa accepts no liability to replace or refund credit lost through the improper use, theft of loss of the Gift Card.
Expiry
31. The Gift Card can be used for 60 months starting from the date printed on the receipt. Tods spa retains records of all activation dates should clarification be required.
32. After the expiry date, the Gift Card can no longer be used, nor will the holder be entitled to any form of reimbursement of the remaining credit.
33. The Gift Card expires automatically once the balance is exhausted. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
34. Any disputes concerning the use of the Gift Card will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

In the event your complaint was not satisfactorily resolved you may ask for assistance or submit complaints by contacting the TOD’S SPA Customer Service ("Customer Service") at the touch points indicated at https://www.tods.com/gb-en/customer-care/. 37. Tod’s spa cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
Miscellaneous
38. The present rules apply to Gift Cards purchased from 10/11/2024 onwards, while the rules in force at the time will continue to apply to those purchased earlier. For any doubts, Customer Service can be contacted via.
