The procedure is simple and free and can be started by entering the Request a Return or an Exchange section: to allow us to offer you assistance as quickly as possible, do not forget to select "The item is damaged / defective" as the reason for return. You will be emailed the prepaid label to apply on the box when returning the defective item: the return will be verified at our warehouse and then you will receive a refund (if you asked for a return) or the exchange item (if you asked for an exchange).
Should the defect occur a few days after using the item, even over 14 days after delivery, you can benefit from warranty assistance by contacting our Customer Service. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org a photo of the item in which the defect is clearly visible, specifying the number of order you made the purchase with: we will reply as soon as possible.
If you have bought the defective item in one of our boutiques, please contact the retail outlet where you purchased the item directly.
