You will receive the Gift Card at the email address you provide during the purchase. Enter the email address of the person receiving the gift and choose whether to send your gift immediately or schedule a date of your choice. During checkout, confirm your email address in order to receive the confirmation of your order.

The Gift Card is valid for 5 years. You can use it in our official online boutique and in participating physical boutiques. You will not be able to use it in outlets, DEVs, non-participating boutiques or any other online or physical retailer. You can use the Gift Card in a single payment, integrate the amount with another payment method or choose to keep part of its value for your next purchase. You can use the remaining credit both online and in one of the authorized boutiques.

You can return the Gift Card within 15 days of purchase. You will receive a refund on the same payment method you chose when ordering.

If you wish to return an order paid partly with a Gift Card and partly with another payment method, you will receive a combined refund: the amount paid with the Gift Card will be credited back to the same; instead you will receive the remaining amount on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

If you intend to purchase a Gift Card and one or more of our products you will need to place two separate orders.
